Holly was purchased in July 2006 in foal to Imperial Falcon, a pony used very successfully by the stud in 2004.
She is the product of the mating of two ponies I have loved for a long time, with her sire being out of a truly beautiful mare that I had always admired.
With a close up double cross of Weston Chippendale (imp), I felt that she would produce the type of pony I wish to breed and her first foal has exceeded all my expectations winning Champion Welsh Section B mare as a yearling at 2008 Sydney Royal Show.
As the stud is reducing the Section Bs, Holly was sold back to her breeders in March 2008
